She received her Master of Science Degree in Audiology from Colorado State University in 1987. She completed her training at Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco, CA and at Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Upon returning to Denver, she began a 17 year career working as a clinical Audiologist in the Neurodiagnostic Lab at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colorado. While working in a hospital environment she was involved in Newborn hearing screenings, diagnostic testing and evaluation of those suffering from hearing loss, as well as performing a wide variety of Vestibular tests used in the diagnosis and treatment of balance problems. After a lot of prayer and believing very passionately that patients can be helped with Neuromonics and/or Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, she has chosen to venture out into a privately owned audiology practice. She is passionate when working with her patients and is especially fond of working with the geriatric population. She is committed to exceptional customer service and is driven by the idea that life can be better for those who are suffering with tinnitus and or sound sensitivity.

Dr. Kalmbach is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), a Professional member in the American Tinnitus Association, and is registered to practice Audiology in the State of Colorado.

Dr. Kalmbach has been married to the love of her life (Ed) for 20 years. They are blessed to be the parents of two extraordinary sons named Joshua and Ryan. She is passionate about being involved in their lives and feels very fortunate to be called mom.
